4. Shipping & Delivery
- Handling Time: Orders are typically processed within 1 business day after payment verification.
- Transit Time: Most orders are delivered within 2–4 business days via UPS or FedEx Ground.
- Shipping Coverage: We currently ship only within the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.
- Delivery Risk: Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, the risk of loss transfers to you.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit, contact us within 7 business days of the expected delivery date so we can file a claim with the carrier.
If your order arrives damaged, email us photos within 72 hours of delivery to request a replacement or refund.
We are not responsible for losses caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
6. Returns & Exchanges
- Return Window: You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging, and include proof of purchase.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we shipped the wrong item.
- Refunds: Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days. Your bank may take 3–5 additional business days to post the credit.
- Exchanges: We only offer exchanges for defective products, incorrect items shipped, or manufacturer sizing errors. For a different size or style, please place a new order.
